Registration is completely FREE for both logistics consumers and logistics providers. We charge a nominal fee for posting RFQs to ensure quality leads and genuine inquiries. We also charge a platform fee on successful transactions. Logistics Providers can choose from flexible subscription plans that provide enhanced visibility and priority access to RFQs.

All logistics providers undergo our rigorous verification process: 1) GST & business registration verification, 2) Documentation verification (licenses, certifications), 3) Company profile and credentials review, 4) Ongoing performance monitoring based on service quality. Only logistics providers who meet our quality standards receive the "Verified Partner" badge.

Once a logistics consumer accepts your quotation and places an order, you can directly coordinate with the logistics consumer for agreement creation. Vine Logistics Hub facilitates the connection and order management, but payments are handled directly between you and the logistics consumer through your preferred payment methods (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or bank transfer). You can track all orders and their status through your logistics provider dashboard.
